Tuition & Fees

Registration

  • To ensure smooth operations and provide necessary coverage for insurance and administration, we have an annual registration fee of $60.00 per student. It's a small investment that helps us create an amazing dance experience for everyone.
  • Registration is paid once per year and is non-refundable for the full season.
  • This fee includes the required studio dress code: a leotard or hip hop T-shirt.

Tuition

  • Tuition is due monthly and must be paid on or before the 1st of each month.

  • There are NO refunds at any time, including missed classes for personal reasons, inclement weather, or acts of God.

  • A $15.00 late fee will be assessed to any accounts that are 10 days past due. This fee is non-negotiable, as it is processed and applied directly through our billing system.

  • Accounts must remain current by the end of each month. If a balance is not paid in full, the student will be required to sit out of ALL classes until the account is brought up to date. Please note that there are no credits or refunds for classes missed due to unpaid balances.

Discounts

  • True Crew is proud to offer family discounts, making it easier for every member of your family to participate and enjoy an unforgettable experience! Each additional sibling receives 10% off the lowest monthly tuition in the family.
  • Discounts do not apply to the annual registration fee.

Payment Options

  • We make payments easy and flexible! We accept: Cash, Credit Check, Apple Pay, Cash App, or Venmo.

  • A $5 processing fee applies to credit card payments.

  • A $15 service fee will be assessed for returned checks.

  • Our tuition rates are based on the total number of classes offered per season (August through June). While some months may have 3, 4, or 5 classes, tuition remains consistent each month, ensuring your payments are consistent.

Financial Policies

Accounts must be current in order for students to participate in our studio events. We kindly ask all families to keep accounts current to ensure students are able to fully participate. Our students work hard all year as a team and rely on one another for these special events:

  • Students with an outstanding balance as of December 1 will not be permitted to participate in the Winter Gala.
  • Students with an outstanding balance as of April 1 will not be permitted to participate in Group Photos.

  • Students with an outstanding balance as of May 15 will not be permitted to participate in the Annual Recital in June.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • We are a no-contract studio. Our program is based on a simple membership, so you’re never locked in. If you need to discontinue classes, all that’s required is a written notice letting us know your reason.  If you choose to withdraw your child from TCDC and your account is in good standing, all future tuition, fees, and payments will be terminated. There is NO cancellation fee.
