Our Stretch & Strengthening classes are designed to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and body control while helping dancers safely achieve their technical goals. Through targeted stretching, conditioning exercises, and strength training, dancers will develop the foundation needed for improved technique, injury prevention, and overall performance quality. The required equipment must be purchased separately to participate in this class.
- Beginner: This class is held Thursday 4:30–5:15 and is designed for beginner dancers looking to improve flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. Students will participate in level-appropriate stretching and conditioning exercises that support healthy technique development.
- Intermediate:This class is held Wednesday 6:45–7:30 and is designed for dancers with prior experience who are ready to further develop their flexibility, strength, balance, and endurance. Students will work on targeted exercises and stretching techniques that support skill progression, improved technique, and injury prevention.
- Advanced: This class is held Wednesday 5:00-5:45 and is designed for advanced dancers seeking to maximize flexibility, strength, control, and overall athletic performance. Dancers will participate in intensive stretching and conditioning exercises focused on achieving technical goals, increasing range of motion, preventing injuries, and supporting advanced dance training across all genres.
