Our Acro classes combine the strength and flexibility of gymnastics with the technique and artistry of dance. Dancers will work on skills such as rolls, cartwheels, walkovers, limbers, aerials, and tumbling progressions while developing balance, coordination, flexibility, and confidence. Classes are structured by skill level to ensure safe and steady progression for every student.
- Beginner: This class is held Friday 4:30–5:30 and is designed for beginner dancers learning the fundamentals of acrobatics.
- Intermediate:This class is held Friday 5:30–6:30 and is for experienced dancers ready for more advanced acrobatic training.
- Advanced: This class is held Friday 6:30–7:30 and is designed for advanced dancers with a strong acro foundation.
Note: Instructor evaluation required prior to enrollment in this class.
