This year's 20th Anniversary Recital was a celebration of two decades of dance, memories, and the incredible families who have been part of our journey. Our production brought the party to the stage by featuring iconic dance crazes from throughout the years, creating a fun, high-energy tribute to the music and moves that have brought generations together. Each routine represented not only a different era, but also the joy, friendships, and unforgettable moments that have made the past 20 years so special. We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate this milestone than with one big dance party!

We wrapped up our final regional competition of the season at Believe National Talent Competition with an incredible weekend of performances and accomplishments. Our Company Production earned 2nd Overall in the Competitive 9-11 Grand Line category, and we were thrilled to have 3 overall title winners and 2 runner-ups. In addition, our studio received two $300 scholarships to the Wild Dance Intensive. We are so proud of all of our dancers for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding performances. It was the perfect way to wrap up our regional competition season and celebrate everything our dancers have achieved this year.

We had such a great time attending Revolution National Dance Competition this weekend! Although it wasn’t a full company competition, a select group of our routines had the opportunity to go and represent our team. The energy, support, and teamwork throughout the weekend were amazing, and we created so many fun memories together. We’re incredibly excited to share that we had 4 overall title winners and 1 runner-up, which is an amazing accomplishment that truly reflects the dedication and talent of our dancers! We’re so proud of the dancers who attended and the hard work they put in on stage! 

Our dancers had an incredible second competition of the season, and we couldn’t be more proud of the growth, dedication, and teamwork shown throughout the weekend. From the youngest performers stepping confidently onto the stage to our experienced dancers continuing to refine their artistry, every routine reflected the hard work that has been happening in the studio. Our production, “Dancing Over Time,” received Platinum and earned 1st Overall 12 & Under Production! Competitions like this remind us that it’s not only about the awards, but about the progress, memories, and confidence our dancers gain along the way. We are so excited to keep building on this momentum as we head into the rest of the season!

We’re kicking off the dance season with an exciting start! Over Valentine’s Day weekend, our dancers headed to Groove Dance Competition in Orlando for their first competition of the season, and the energy was electric. From the moment they stepped on the floor, our dancers showcased months of hard work, determination, and creativity, bringing their routines to life with passion and precision. We are beyond thrilled that True Crew Dance Company received the Inspired by Passion Award at the Groove Dance Competition! This award is given to a studio whose passion truly shines onstage and is evident in every aspect of their presence at the event. We are so proud of our dancers, families, and instructors for bringing their energy, dedication, and love of dance to every performance—this award is a reflection of all your hard work and heart! Our production, “Dancing Over Time,” received Elite Sapphire and earned 2nd Overall 12 & Under Production! It was such a wonderful weekend seeing our dancers shine, build confidence, and set the tone for an incredible season ahead. We celebrated the season in style with “Dancing All the Way,” our festive holiday dance showcase featuring the incredible talent of our students! This joyful performance highlighted a wide variety of dance styles, including ballet, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, and more, bringing the magic of the holidays to life on stage. Our dancers shone in vibrant costumes and showcased spirited choreography, captivating the audience with their energy, precision, and passion. Families and friends were treated to heartwarming performances that perfectly captured the excitement, joy, and festive spirit of the season.
