Our Conditioning classes are designed to help dancers build the strength, endurance, and stability needed to excel in all styles of dance. Through a variety of exercises focused on core strength, balance, mobility, and injury prevention, dancers will improve their overall technique, control, and performance quality.

  • Beginner: This class is held Monday 4:00–4:30 and is designed for beginner to intermediate dancers looking to build a strong foundation in strength, balance, and coordination.
  • Intermediate/Advanced: This class is held Tuesday 7:15-8:00 and is designed for dancers with prior experience who are ready for more challenging strength training.

Note: Instructor evaluation required prior to enrollment in this class.
